Our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. For some, the dream of homeownership and the safety it provides can seem out of reach.

This year, we are thrilled to mark a decade of making a difference with the 10th Annual Builder Bash—a party with a purpose! This milestone event is dedicated to raising funds and awareness to eliminate substandard housing throughout the Charleston region.

You’re invited to a spectacular evening featuring delicious bites, refreshing beverages, silent and live auctions, and lively entertainment. This is Charleston’s unique event where you can flaunt your Carhartt and Chanel in the same outfit! Join us as we continue our mission to turn affordable and safe housing into a reality for low-income families.

Purchase your tickets or sponsorship now by clicking the Registration button above. Take advantage of our early bird rate of $175 before April 1, 2025 (after which tickets will be $200). The celebration will take place at The Cedar Room (701 East Bay Street in Charleston). The VIP Reception kicks off in the courtyard from 6:00pm-7:00pm (separate ticket for $50). The main event starts upstairs at 6:30pm with check-in, cocktail hour, silent auctions, and music, followed by the live auction and dancing until 10:00pm. Complimentary parking will be provided.
