A PARTY FOR A PURPOSE

Our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. For some, home, and the safety and security it entails, can feel like an unattainable dream. 

The 9th Annual Builder Bash is a party for a purpose! This event will raise funds and awareness to eliminate substandard housing throughout the Charleston region. You are invited to enjoy a fun-filled evening of bites, beverages, silent and live auctions, and entertainment at the only party in Charleston where guests can wear Carhartt and Chanel in the same ensemble. Join us in our commitment to make affordable and safe housing a reality for low-income families!

Click the Registration button above to purchase tickets or sponsorships. Enjoy the early bird rate of $175 before April 1, 2024 (after which tickets increase to $200)! The event is held at The Cedar Room (701 East Bay Street in Charleston). Our new VIP Reception will be held in the courtyard from 6:00pm-7:00pm (this requires a separate ticket for $50). Check-in, cocktail hour, silent auctions, and music starts upstairs at 6:30pm, followed by the live auction and dancing until 10:00pm. Parking is provided.
